Welcoming Refugees in Lancaster
We would like to compile of list of people who are available to occasionally provide transportation for the Ghimire family (our friends newly from Nepal) to take them to the grocery store or doctor's office. Also, they really enjoy meeting new people and getting out of their own home for a change.
You could have them over for games, some American past time, a chat around the fireplace or a meal/dessert.
It doesn't have to be anything grandiose or a long period of time, just a chance for
something different for them.
To help with either need, please email
Beverley_Harrar@wycliffe.org or call 464-4934.
Transformissional Steps

November 1, 2008
This year we are studying the Words of Jesus. We believe words have the power to transform us and our world. Join us this October in reading the words of Jesus as found in the book of Matthew. Obtain a Bible that is easy to understand and you feel comfortable marking up (highlighting, underlining, and writing notes in the margins). Start with chapter one, read a chapter a day, five a week. As you read, ask the Holy Spirit to open your mind and heart to the meaning of these words and how they are to guide and shape your life.
Let the transformissional process begin!
