- Faith Journey Sunday School – (age 4 - 6th grade) begins
each week at 9:30 a.m. in the Chapel. Each Sunday classes rotate
through stations/rooms including the Bible Theatre, Music &
Motion, The Cinema, The Cookery and the Creative Corner. Beginning November 27,
we'll be experiencing an Advent journey, A Witness to
God's Presence.
- Cherub Choir – (age 4 - 1st grade), Sunday mornings during
the 8:30 a.m. worship service. Children go to the Cherub Choir
room (2nd floor, Room 221) to sing, play games and learn simple
musical concepts.
- Community Nights at FPC (every Thursday) – Following a family style dinner at
6:00 p.m., children (ages 4 – 5th grade) are invited to attend a
wonder-filled program featuring fun, faith-filled activities: Bible
stories; sign language; centers & games that make faith
connections. (professional
childcare for children 3 years and under).
- December 4 - Las Posadas Preparation Night – you are
invited to join us in decorating the doors for our Las Posadas program
and other preparations for the event. Time is 4:00 p.m. and a
light dinner will be served. Contact Janet or Dale (394-6854)
for more info.
- December 8 - Las Posadas – 6:30-8:00 p.m. beginning
and ending in Esbenshade Hall. Simulating the ritual of Las
Posadas, there will be a reenactment of part of the Christmas story,
interactive drama, music, Christmas carols, delicious Mexican snacks
and special desserts!
- December 18 - Blue Christmas Worship Service – 4:00 p.m. and
Church Family Caroling, 5:00 p.m.
- December 24 - Pageant Rehearsal – for 5th and 6th graders,
9:00 a.m.
- December 24 - Family Service and Christmas Pageant,
5:00 p.m.
- December 25 - Christmas Day! One Worship Service - 11:00
a.m.
- January 1 - Two Worship Services: 9:15 Contemporary Worship in
Esbenshade Hall; 11:00 Traditional Worship in the Sanctuary
